What is it all about?

This series will help you develop the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to lead and manage your team. The 5 sessions will cover the following topics at an introductory to intermediate level:

  • Building Team Trust                               Thursday, December 16, 2010

Course Description Details

 

Who is it For?

This training series is designed for non-profit Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers who lead and manage front-line employees and programs. You may be new to your role or wish to refresh your skills and are looking for practical and relevant approaches to leadership.

 

What Can You Expect?

The sessions are highly interactive and participative and will enable you to connect with your peers and develop a support network. You can expect a combination of theoretical background, practical approaches and hands-on discussions and applications. The Leadership Training Series includes 5 day long workshops over a five-month period. The sessions will require pre-readings and some assignments. You will need to attend all five dates listed above.

The Leadership Training Series: Making a Difference at Work and in Your Community costs $950.00 and includes lunches. There are required textbooks costing an approximate and additional $60.00.
