Workflow
This is a rough program outline. Each work plan is customized to meet agency needs. A full plan with dates of sessions is made available at the beginning of each program. The workshops are pre-scheduled and agencies are expected to participate in workshops and round tables.
January - March:
Interactions
- 'Getting to know you' phase where agency and mentors get acquainted
- Introductions are made to key staff, board and volunteers
- Review of existing documentation and plans etc.
- Develop an understanding of existing organziational fund development culture
- Assess and review of current and past fund development practices
- Conduct a Development Audit
- Creation of 12 month organizational workplan to meet program and organziational goals
